Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident enrolling with QuranLearnify. This policy explains our free trial, our first-month guarantee, and how refunds and cancellations work after that.
We know that trying a new online Quran academy can feel uncertain, especially when a child's learning or a family's monthly budget is involved. This policy is written to remove that uncertainty: a free trial with no payment details, a full first-month guarantee once you do enroll, and a clear, fair process afterward.
The Free Trial Is Free
Your 3 trial classes are completely free and never require payment details. Because no payment is taken, there is nothing to refund at the trial stage. You decide only after the trial whether to start a paid plan, and there is no penalty for deciding it is not the right fit.
First-Month Satisfaction Guarantee
If you enroll in a paid plan and are not satisfied within your first month, contact us and we will refund the classes you have not yet used. This guarantee applies once per student and covers only unused classes remaining in that first month. It is designed for families who want the reassurance of a paid plan's full schedule and reporting, without the risk of losing money if it genuinely does not work out.
What Counts as an Unused Class
An unused class is any class in your current billing month that has been paid for but not yet held and is not already scheduled to be missed by you without notice. Classes you have already attended, and classes you cancelled yourself with less than 2 hours' notice, are not counted as unused for refund purposes.
After the First Month
Once you are past your first month, cancelling your plan stops future billing from your next billing date, but we do not provide partial refunds for the current month already paid for. The one exception is a class missed by your teacher without prior notice, which is always made up or credited, never charged without value received.
Refunds for Technical Issues
If a scheduled class cannot go ahead because of a problem with our platform or a teacher-side technical failure, it is rescheduled or credited to your account at no extra cost. This is separate from the satisfaction guarantee and applies at any point in your plan, not only in the first month.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@quranlearnify.com or message us on WhatsApp with your name, the student's name and the reason for the request. Our team will confirm the number of unused classes on your account and process an eligible refund without requiring you to explain your decision in detail.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method. The exact time your bank or card provider takes to show the refund may vary slightly beyond our control, and we will let you know once our side of the refund has been submitted.
Pausing Instead of Cancelling
If you only need a break, for example during travel, exams or Ramadan, you can pause your plan for up to 30 days per year without losing your regular teacher or your usual time slot. No billing occurs during a pause, and your plan simply resumes on the date you agree with us. Contact us before your next billing date to arrange a pause.
