Our Response Times
We aim to reply to every WhatsApp message, email and form submission within 24 hours, and most messages are answered much sooner during our team's working hours. Free trial requests are usually matched with a teacher the same day. If you have not heard back within a day, please message us again on WhatsApp, as it is possible your message was missed among a busy inbox.
Because our students and teachers are spread across many time zones, someone on our support team is reachable at almost any hour. Urgent matters, such as a class link that is not working right before a lesson, are always best raised on WhatsApp, where our team can act on them fastest. Non-urgent questions, such as a general pricing query or a question about a course, are just as welcome by email if that suits you better.
