Not every sister has a qualified female Quran teacher nearby, and not every sister who does feels comfortable reciting in front of a man, even a relative. A female Quran teacher online removes that barrier completely. About 45% of our 60 or more teachers are women, so whether you are starting from the Arabic alphabet or polishing tajweed you already know, a female teacher is available at no extra cost.
Every course on the site, Noorani Qaida, Quran Reading, Tajweed, Hifz and Tafseer, can be taken entirely with a woman. Our hafizahs handle memorization classes and our tajweed-certified sisters handle recitation correction, so you are never limited to a smaller selection of subjects because of your teacher preference.
Classes are camera-optional, so you can keep your camera off for the whole course if you prefer. Your teacher only needs to hear your recitation clearly on a private video call, and the same teacher stays with you every week, with a female backup teacher covering only if she is ever unavailable.
Every female teacher on our team is hired through the same rigorous process as any other teacher: a recitation test, a live teaching demonstration, a background check and dedicated training in online teaching. Will my teacher really be female for every class?

Can a mother and daughter learn together in the same class?

Do I have to keep my camera on during class?
