Every teacher is fluent in English. Many also teach comfortably in one or more of the following languages, so ask for your preference when you book.
Teacher Supervision Does Not Stop After Hiring
A good interview does not guarantee a good teacher three months later, so we built ongoing supervision into how we operate rather than treating hiring as a one-time check.
- Supervised first month. New teachers are monitored closely, with recordings reviewed and feedback given before they teach solo.
- Quarterly assessments. A supervisor who is not the student's regular teacher checks recitation and progress every quarter.
- Attendance and punctuality tracking. This is how we maintain a 98% on-time class rate across the whole team.
- Direct feedback channel. If a class is not working for your student, our support team steps in and can rematch you with another teacher.

Your assigned trial teacher checks the student's current reading level, memorization or tajweed knowledge across 3 free classes.
Goals and Course
We consider whether the student needs Qaida, Nazra, Tajweed, Hifz, Tafseer or Arabic, and match a teacher experienced in that specific course.
Time Zone and Schedule
We only match teachers whose available hours genuinely overlap with the days and times you need, not just an approximate fit.
Language and Gender Preference
Your preferred teaching language and a male or female teacher preference are honored wherever we have a suitable match available.

How are QuranLearnify teachers qualified?
Our teachers are huffaz and qaris, most holding Ijazah in Hafs an Asim or a degree from institutions such as Al-Azhar University, the Islamic University of Madinah or Jamia Binoria. Can I request a specific teacher or a female teacher?
Yes. You can request a male or female teacher when booking your free trial, and if you would like to continue with the specific teacher from your trial classes, just tell us. About 45% of our teaching staff are women, so a female teacher for a woman or girl is always available.
What if my regular teacher is unavailable one day?
Every student has a backup teacher assigned who can cover an occasional missed class. If your regular teacher cannot make it, we will let you know and offer to reschedule or use the backup teacher, so classes are rarely lost.
Do QuranLearnify teachers speak languages other than English?
All teachers are fluent in English, and many also speak Urdu, Arabic, Hindi or Bengali. Tell us your preferred teaching language when you book your free trial and we will match you accordingly.
How do you make sure teaching quality stays consistent across 60+ teachers?
New teachers are supervised closely during their first month, and every teacher is reviewed on an ongoing basis through recorded lessons and a quarterly supervisor assessment with the student. Feedback and extra training are given wherever progress is slower than expected.
